At Alder, we want every visit to be enjoyable, relaxing, and safe for all of our guests. To help make that possible, we ask that you take a moment to review our policies:

Appointments & Cancellations
We value your time and want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to book with us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Arriving late may require shortening your service or, in some cases, rescheduling to ensure we can still provide the quality experience you deserve. Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Children in the Salon
We strive to maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not leave children unattended, and consider arranging care outside the salon during your appointment. Our tools and equipment can be hazardous if not properly supervised, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
