Get to know us and our strengths! Alder is a collaborative environment. It's not unusual for you to see us all helping each other or joining in on color consultations so that you get the best results we can offer.
We have stylists who love blonding, curls, vivid color, and more! If you're not sure which stylist would be the best fit for you, that's ok! You can start a chat with our front desk by selecting the chat bubble, and we can help!

We have snacks! We have blankets, fidgets, and earplugs for the days the salon might be a little too bustling. We also offer a rotating drink menu of specialty coffees and dirty soda,

OUR POLICIES
At Alder, we want every visit to be enjoyable, relaxing, and safe for all of our guests. To help make that possible, we ask that you take a moment to review our policies:

Appointments & Cancellations
We value your time and want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to book with us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may require shortening your service or, in some cases, rescheduling to ensure we can still provide the quality experience you deserve.

Children in the Salon
We strive to maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. If your child is not receiving a service, then they may not accompany you to your appointment.

Additional Guests
We ask that you do not bring friends and family to your appointments, especially for color services. Our space is limited. Bridal preview appointments may bring one guest.
