WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

• The practice of using breath consciously and intentionally to regulate the nervous system and release trauma and stress by dropping into the body, circumventing the “rational” brain.
   

• When traumatized or dysregulated issues arise, breathwork is a tool that takes you out of the thinking mind and into the body so it can heal.
   

• Breathwork puts you back into the body so you can release stored stress, emotions, pressure, and trauma without thinking about it.
   

• Expressing or discharging emotions through breathwork lets the body complete the loop or resolve unresolved traumas or issues.
   

• Once the body feels that the loop is closed or completed, it can choose to create new patterns or pathways.
   

• When we drop into the body, we unlock power, creativity, access to discernment, intuition, and guidance. We also manifest with more ease.
   

• Through breathwork, we can put ourselves into various brain wave states, allowing for rejuvenation and healing.
   

• Our bodies are a technology that can be reprogrammed with consistent and persistent effort.
